If I were you, I would do instead a FTDNA test or an YSEQ Panel (usually more affordable) because they are the best dedicated companies when it comes to haplogroups.
They say that my sample is kept in their lab, so no need of another saliva sample. All they will is re-test with the new chip, price is 60EUR (Not cheap, but cheaper than FTDNA). There is a way to search for your haplogroup, without using MorleyDNA (But it's tedious), is searching every SNP Y-DNA with the rs markers in SNPedia, is a pain in the ass i know, but well

I know that is a phenotype assumption. Actually, the most closer to celts phenotypically are the non-northern frenchs and the actual iberians.

That costs nearly as much as an R1b-M343 Orientation Panel from YSEQ, which would give you a precise result on your Y-DNA branch.

Southern Portugese are closer to English than to Greeks and southern Italians. I know that already, since Iberian peninsula is fairly homogenous, but let that sink in.

Yes, I did. If you have any doubts though send them an e-mail on what they would recommend you to do, they are pretty responsive and helpful.

FTDNA has some neat features like their Y-DNA projects and the possibility of adding your results to the YTree; I would have done my test with them as well if it wasn't for how much they charge.

I'm going to think about to do it with them. Thanks for the advice my brother.
