Default Which city would you consider to be 'whiter': Birmingham, England or Buenos Aires, Argentina?

This goes back to the discussions elsewhere as to what extent Argentines can be considered 'White'. Although the latest Census results are yet to be released, it is generally estimated that Birmingham is nowadays around 50% White, with the plurality of the remainder South Asian plus also substantial numbers of Black Caribbeans, Middle Easterners, Chinese, Vietnamese and mixed-race people. By contrast, while there are indeed a lot of Peruvians, Bolivians, Paraguayans, Koreans, Japanese and Chinese in Buenos Aires, I still don't think its (contemporary) immigrant population is quite as high per capita as is Birmingham's, especially when 2nd/3rd generation people are taken into account too.

Probably Birmingham on account of the greater number of 100%ers still living there, but the difference isn't that much, methinks.

    Buenos Aires, duh.

the UK is already lost and its euro Anglo-Saxon identity will be for ever lost (sadly).

Well the Census results haven't come out yet, but either way we can still be assured that, outside of London, Bradford, Greater Manchester and some Midlands cities (including Birmingham), Britain is still overwhelmingly White - 75-80% as a whole.
N.B. I was having a look at photos of Dominican MPs earlier, and now I am even more convinced that Dominicans are the least White Latin Americans together with Bolivians and Guatemalans.

If you are talking about 99/100% by genetics then Birmingham, Buenos Aires has less than 20%.
Now, talking about +80% Euro and look caucasoid may be both in equal but I still think Birmingham wins.

Really? Is that due to all the immigration from other South American countries, or would that have been the case even beforehand?
