White Latin Americans means White Latin Americans; not castizos, not harnizos and not euromestizos.

As for Frenchies and Italians, they are seen as a little further away from us than Portugueses and White Latin Americans, especially French.

It depends on the person, but generally I'd say Jews, Romanians from Romania, Ukrainians, Russians (but there are some nationalists who don't even like our homegrown Russophones, who more often than not are not even Russians ethnically), people from CIS/post-Soviet countries like Armenians, etc. Bulgarians would probably also be seen warmly, as we have local Bulgarian communities in the South and some of them live in the capital. Probably the same would apply to Turks, who don't display their religious attire openly in public, due to their link with Gagauz people.

Here's an example of descendants of foreigners from my neighbourhood, as I grew up in probably the most diverse quarter of Chisinau in the early 00s:
    Ukrainians from all over Ukraine
Russians from mainly Saint Petersburg (Leningrad), including many who look heavily Siberian/Finnic
A family with an Armenian father from Armenia and a Romanian mother from Bucharest
    A couple of Jewish families
A Cossack family who to this day insist that they are neither Ukrainians nor Russians

Nowadays though, a lot of people from the rural regions moved in, so it's more homogenous than it used to be.

In the case of Bulgaria , these are Macedonians and large Bulgarian communities in Moldova and Ukraine
...Even if a man lives well, he dies and another one comes into existence. Let the one who comes later upon seeing this inscription remember the one who had made it. And the name is Omurtag, Kanasubigi.
