I don't think Hungarians can tell the difference between dialects of Romanian. Maybe a hungarian from Romania could, idk.

he's from Brașov and not really talented with Transylvania accent from Bistrița/Maramureș in the opposite side of Transylvania. I can do that much better, wanna hear it? being at the crossroads of Bucovina and Maramureș I was exposed to that accent a lot.

some Hungarian vibe in putting the accent to first syllable but also Italian way of lengthening the vowels. I know their accent was often compared to Italian as well.
well I can tell you're n00b at this. within Transylvania it is well known/accepted that Bistrița and Maramureș countryside are the most peasant and speak the most „ugly” accent (I find it the best, so I don't share this popular opinion). it may have been in order to mention Spermezeu but for erdélyi románok those two counties are the utmost peasant/backward, aso in terms of accent. a sort of Transylvania's Vaslui county.

I remember some stating that when they've heard Transylvanian Romanians speak, they thought they sounded Italian/Italian-ish to their non-Romanian ears.
