    This is the accent that my grandpa had even though this dude is from Maramures. Most familiar one I can find.

    It sounds intermediate between our accent and the Wallachian one.

    This guy kinda fits my stereotype of an old Romanian man, at least the type I knew. Some of the speech and hand gestures seem a bit Italian-like but more restrained. His face is dour, almost grumpy, in contrast to a more lively Italian.

    For what it's worth, Székely-Hungarian is virtually indistinguishable from how the language is spoken in Central Pannonia. They have a few quirky words and phrases, and minor pronunciation differences, but I cannot detect any influence from the Romanian language. Hungarian is a linguistic monolith.
