Classify Balkan Turk (Ataberk Doğan) from Eastern Thracia (Edirne City)

Classify Him he looks very turkish too me and his face very common in turkey especially Thracia and Black Sea Region
and where is he could pass as?
i believe he could pass in Balkans,Anatolia,Caucasus
also he passes in Hungary,Bulgaria,Romania,Turkey,Azerbaijan,Albania i think.

I agree with your OP assessment of him as far as classification and passing, thread founder. I see mostly Dinaro-Pontid, with Turanid influence in his eye area.

His Turanid influence shows up in his eye area, but also he exhibits a bit of robustness most noticeable in his jaw. So maybe he has CM too. I would say his Turanid seems to be more akin to the Alfold type, which is mostly CM with a minor Asian influence.
