Less blood =less blood pressure, more blood=more blood pressure, seems logical... but it's not a practice I recommend. If you donate blood frequently your body will adapt to the situation: it will start to produce more blood than it needs and you will always need to get it "harvested" by professionals because it can create health problems. I know someone who started to donate blood out of altruism, she did it frequently now she always need to go to donate to avoid health problems, it's a hassle for her. I think such over production burns the body out in the long run

The blood pressure fluctuates, it’s not constant throughout the day. You have to measure it in similar conditions everyday
