Yeah but Caucasoid = Churkasoid. Northwest Europeans have more non-white Caucasoid influence than Northeast Europeans, so in Northern Europe, Western shift means NWC shift, i.e. wog/churka shift.

Apart from pigmentation, woggy features include low palpebral fissure inclination, high palpebral fissure height, high pretarsal show, high bridge of nose, a downturned nose, weak underdeveloped facial skeleton, high facial index, short subnasal segment length, and low forward growth. Woggy features are exaggerated Caucasoid features. Uralic features are situated at the opposite pole of the Europid morphological spectrum.

Therefore for example in the photo of Udmurts below, the girl on the left looks like an anti-wog, and even though the girl on the right is pigmentationally lighter, she is morphologically more woggy, because she is morphologically more similar to typical Northwestern Europeans.

Tatars are really outliers yeah, they don't cluster at all in West Asia, on a PCA they are a lot more Western and Northern shifted than even North Caucasians.

Volga tatars are heavily mixed with russians.

When you say number, are you talking about the number of people or the average? I didn't add hazel-eyed people to the category of light eyes. I might have thought some green-eyed people with hazel eyes. because some of the photos were not clear.
