This averages included in the Kurds, Albanians, Bosniaks and Circassians living in that area(but mostly Anatolian and Balkan turks)

As you can see they are. Anyway the difference between Uzbeks, Turks and Kyrgyz is small. Anthropologically and genetically the Turks are also closer to the Uzbeks and Kirghiz than to Tatars who are European people.

Tatars are really outliers yeah, they don't cluster at all in West Asia, on a PCA they are a lot more Western and Northern shifted than even North Caucasians.

The average Tatar pass as White and European in Turkey and any Latin American country, the average Latino or Turk pass as churkas in Tatarstan. That's how it works.
