Yes. I fully believe that 5G technology has, in some capacity (be it significant or negligible), contributed to the severity of this pandemic. Then again, there are obviously too many "catalysts", per se, to focus on just one, which is definitely a wrong approach.

I also generally believe that there's some elitist conspiracy against mankind. Yes, I'm that guy.

I want one installed in my backyard so it can double as a lookout tower.

The extreme case would be a single antenna for a small and packed city, positioned on a skyscraper for example, or a single antenna for multiple small towns in the country side which would be of no use to the CIA and the like.

But I agree, very probably, locating precisely your phone would be much easier in the future with the help of the 5G network, depending on what it contains, how packed it is, etc.

Also, note that some providers still may switch to 2G even if 4G is available for the purposes of lowering costs. That of course comes with its security "risks". Or "opportunities" depending on which side you stand.

    Either way, you're fucked already. : )
I am aware of everything you said and actually you can use cell phone towers to triangulate someone's position just ask kevin mitnick As far as being 'fucked already' I generally don't use a cell phone (I'm that guy) and if I do on the run it is a burner phone at most.

Kevin David Mitnick (born August 6, 1963) is an American computer security consultant, author, and convicted hacker. He is best known for his high-profile 1995 arrest and five years in prison for various computer and communications-related crimes.[6]

The correct formulation of the question.
Suppose I am afraid. And what to do with all this?
These towers already exist even in the most remote Siberian village. There are so many radiation sources around us, including a smartphone in every person's pocket, that no foil hat can save us.
So either stop being afraid or you can stick your head in the noose.

Forget tinfoil hats, you'll need tinfoil undies to protect your boys. Those that aren't flushed at least.
Nine out of ten concerns are completely unfounded.

It wraps smoked fish well so we know it works in some instances. However, the microwave oven begs to differ
