I'd argue it is facial traits - Turks have a lot more Turanids and Armenoids than Greeks do. As for pigmentation, I don't think most Turks, except maybe those in the Southeast of the country, are dramatically darker than Greeks.

As for pigmentation i would say Turks as whole are definetly darker but alot of Turks aren't actually that dark if you go by mere pigmentation well there is certainly more proper black heads among them then among Greeks

The Talmud tells us that the only language the Torah could be translated into elegantly is Greek.

Primarily it is facial traits, body type and so on. They do vary a lot more due to the point you have already and Turks as a whole are not a European people. Although some individual groups might be. Additionally as you have already pointed out, non - European Caucasoid phenotypes (Turanid, Armenid, Arabid, etc...) are much more frequent in Turkey than in Greece.

Secondly, it is also pigmentation despite the fact even Turkey regions closest to Europe are overall usually the lightest (fairer - haired, lighter -eyed, fairer - skinned) than those further away. Even if one could acknowledge, the differences would be more subtle than say those between Polish and Greeks for example, they are still quite clear.

    Facial structure

Our pigmentation is very similar, and that has to do with climate, but facial structure which is relevant to racial background is fundamentally different, as the two populations are genetically irrelevant

While different, would you still agree that Greeks and Turks look a lot more alike than do Spaniards and Moroccans, or Russians and Chinese, or Iranians and Pakistanis (to name but a few examples)?

I don't think there is a huge difference between Mediterraneans (Arabs included).

Pigmentation is same. Face types are sometimes different. From my personal experience (been in both) let's say around %50 of the people from both sides look identical. The other 50 percents, more med/westenr in greece and more turanid/eastern in turkey.
