Best poet in Spanish?

Keeping on with my polls on world literatures, time for poetry in Spanish.



The poll being limited to 40, 26 are from Spain, 14 from Latin America. I've had to leave many out, but I'd say the best are in here, ordered in a loose chronological way. You can vote for more than one.

If still you find that someone worth it is missing, mention him/her. Notice I haven't included any living one, Benedetti having died two years ago.

I voted Mistral cuz it's the only one I read poems from also liked her work, could you recommend me any good ones though I like them gloomy kind btw

Manuel has some really nice poems. I obviously had to choose Antonio for the poll, though.
