In terms of companies? It depends on what you're looking for.

23andme has those regions that assign you according to your relativity but it costs too much. Ancestry has nothing special. FTDNA's MyOrigins also have nothing special as well, but if you're planning a detailed y-test in the future, you might want to ship your saliva only once, it works in this option. I would simply recommend MyHeritage as they recently added genetic groups that are similar stuff to 23andme's regions, plus you can predict your y-DNA for free, and it costs lower than Ancestry and 23andme.

But if you wanna know also your y-and mt-Dna(+kit) 23andme is the best and most cost effective, or?

My predicted results are of course off because none of my grandparents belong to one ethnic group alone, so to describe them with one group like they do in the predictor throws things off.
    I put Canada, Norway, U.S., and U.S.
    Predicted Results:
    - 40% British & Irish
    - 27% Scandinavian
    - 17% French & German
    - 5% Eastern European
    - 3% Ashkenazi Jewish
    - 3% Ghanian, Liberian, & Sierra Leonean
    - 3% Nigerian
    - 1% Italian
    - 1% Spanish & Portuguese

    Actual Results:
    - 27.5% British & Irish
    - 25.3% French & German
    - 14.4% Scandinavian
    - 19.4% Broadly Northwestern European
    - 8.1% Eastern European
    - 2.4% Greek & Balkan
    - 1.9% Broadly European
    - 0.5% Sardinian
    - 0.3% Northern African
    - 0.1% Somali
    - 0.1% Unassigned

Now because both of my maternal grandparents are the result of recent immigration (besides one of my grandfather's branches), I think it would be better to try it with them.

    Maternal Grandma's Predicted Results:
I chose Ireland, United Kingdom, Croatia, Croatia
    - 41% British & Irish
    - 25% Greek & Balkan
    - 22% Eastern European
    - 10% French & German
    - 2% Scandinavian

    Maternal Grandpa's Predicted Results:
I chose United Kingdom, Germany, Norway, Norway
    - 45% Scandinavian
    - 28% British & Irish
    - 22% French & German
    - 3% Eastern European
    - 2% Ashkenazi Jewish
