It only takes into consideration of four recent grandparents and ancestry is more complicated than that.

It assigns recent admix proportions to different countries based on averages for each. So its really not _that_ far off. In my case it really isn't.

It is very far off for some countries. 50% Ashkenazi for Moldova, which means that they tested disproportionately compared to the rest of the population.

Probably way more Eastern European Ashkenazis to pull from than Moldovans willing to take DNA tests.
