They actually do, these are the women who don't want to do hookups but also can't find a guy who will have geniune interest in them. They only find men who are interested in pump and dumps.

Very few truly involuntary celibates exist, it's basically reserved for the deformed IMO. I don't necessarily mean medically diagnosed either.

I had a friend who a couple of years ago was a normal Catholic girl, but over time has turned really bitter and anti-male. Constantly pining after some 6'0+ blonde man of her dreams, but also always talking about how men are scum, Christian men are all evil, how men are hypocritical dumbasses, and so on. If you try to tell her that maybe she is single due to her shallowness and hatred of the opposite sex, she tells you that you hate women. Why would even 6'0+ blonde men put up with that kind of attitude? When there are women who don't talk that way. Truly has no concept of how she is the problem here.

I don't like her anymore obviously.

I think that he's referring to involuntary celibates. My guess is that they're as rare (excluding dramatic outliers like the severely disabled or extremely disfigured) as unicorns, since guys will hit anything.
