@Silvernight De hecho en la primera foto te ves más de 50% SSA. Casi como un mulato tirando a grifo. Por eso decía que me recordabas a los tígueres de los barrios de la capital que en promedio tiran un poco a grifo.

En las otras pics te ves mas balanceado. Yo creo que deberías poner más fotos tuyas más claras. Hasta una expresión hace que uno se vea tirando más a un lado.

Yes but that’s what it is, a mix of white and black. Also, I believe it’s impossible to classify mixed people with the euro nomenclature and subtypes. Once someone is mixed you cant know for sure if the round face is because of alpine or the native american (that’s just an example, not your case).

I can go further by saying you look like a carribean mulato, is that true? For example we have mulatos (they’re called black here) but look different than you. You have traits in you that represent a more north type of black latin, don’t know why that is exactly. You might also have some native in you not only black. Have you been tested? If not it’d be very interesting to see your results.

EDIT: I see you are Dominican. I swear that’s what I was thinking when looking at your pics as you undoubtedly remind me of the Dominicans that arrived here. You Look very Dominican.

Good observation, I always believed my nose was a mixed of all 3, but mostly Euro and SSA side.

Umm interesting, I think I've observed that too, my best theory is that the reason they look slightly different from us is from where the slaves were brought, like Dominican slaves were brought by the Spanish mostly from Mali, and the Sene - Gambian regions of Africa.

Have you been tested? If not it’d be very interesting to see your results.

Yes I was tested in 2011, so the chip set I used might not be the most accurate, my SSA is less then 50%, while it states my Euro is 42% is actually higher, the unassigned is what I believe is the rest of my Euro, my native (Taino) is about 7%, and Western Asian is 2.5% which I believe is part of the Spanish ancestry, so if I make the math my actual percentages are:





52.2% European (the unassigned, along the Western Asian)
40.8% SSA (mostly Sene Gambia)
then 7% native (Taino)
= 100%
