Default Will Poland be affected by serious drought this summer?

    https://businessinsider.com.pl/finan...owocow/25c8mxt

^According to this link(unfortunatelly only in Polish) serious drought is coming this summer. Poland was affected by drought each summer in last few years.
Also management of water resources is neglected. Already soil humidity is on very low level.

Here is the map of humidity of outer layer of soil(7cm deep) from last Saturday(100% mean there is the same mass of water and soil, results below 30% show there is lack of moisture in soil)

White areas mean there is practically no moisture in outer layer of soil in those areas, situation already looks bad.

I think quite the opposite. Solar cycles amplitudes are shorter and that means less sun spots, so less solar flares and CMEs, and less magnetic activity on Earth generally had colder weather as a consequence. Dalton minimum was period when temperatures were recorded as lower than average:

Okay, that would be good news, but without any rain or snow there still may occur drought.

See this Maunder Minimim in the same picture? That period was known as "Little Ice Age", because temperatures were freezing. This has also negative effects for humanity. Low number of sunspots mean less UV radiation and UV radiation kills viruses. Hence why Black Death in Europe and smallpox in North America killed so many people.

It seems that drought is in Poland every single year for a while already. In certain places in Poland farming should be abstained from if there's no irrigation / watering.
