It is indeed. Given the crusaders first reached the area in 1097-1098. According to ISOGG, I-Z63 is most frequent in the British isles, while according to Eupedia "it is most common in Central Germany, the Benelux, England, Lowland Scotland, as well as Poland. It has also been found in Russia, Ukraine, the Balkans, Italy, Spain and Portugal." So I guess there is a good chance.
