    Default Any idea of meal for gain weight? Fruit or vegetable

    Last two weeks I have been overeating all the time to gain weight but im stuck around 94-96kg. I want to hit 100kg really bad, any suggestions for cheap vegetable or fruit or something that is known for easy weight gain?

    Google might be easy for this, but I’m asking here personally if someone knows any thing that really helped him or someone they know.

    Something like wheat biscuits:



    They cost about 1.6 €/kg or .09 €/MJ. If you consume 10 MJ per day, you can buy a day's supply of wheat biscuits for about 1€.

    They're easy to eat, they require no preparation, and they produce no dishes to wash.

    Refined grains have a bad rep, but I think they might actually be healthier than whole grains, because they contain less antinutrients. Even oatmeal has a kind of poisonous aftertaste, and it often makes me feel bloated, but just plain old refined wheat seems like it's pretty lightweight to digest.

    Uff, thanks m8 I think I might try this, I blught already 500g of biscuits today. Could work cheers.

    It's good especially rice but I think to gain you should add some red meat also a smoothie in the morning like bananas+blueberry+strawberry is good to gain especially if you make it with milk
