Most of us are 55-60%. Some are 61-62% or so but 66% is definitely super high for an average. I've seen a couple of hundreds of samples, so I can speak confidently about it.

You got me wrong. I just told you there are updated spreadsheets if you want to check them.
Of course it's genetically Russian, one of the oldest Russian cities. A sample size of 2 is way too small to make any conclusions. But I do know that Pskov is heavily Baltic, no news for me.
