i think her features are more rare in Scandinvian women than in Brits, Noric- Keltic Nordic are very similar, Noric and Keltic is rather uncommon in the North

Looks Taurid influenced. For passing as British I'd agree, as Keltic-Nordid is a local type with aesthetics shifting into that direction.
I don't think she would fit in the rest of North Europe though. Can't imagine her as Scandinavian, nor Balt.
If I saw her in Russia, I would assume she is probably partly Jewish or Caucasus, to be honest.
