Do you mean a somewhat matronly woman? Because if you're going for business casual style of women thats simply their dress sense and work personality, which will change in a non professional environment so I don't think it's to do with age.

That's what they (35-45 year olds) wear the most often. I'm both attracted to the clothing style and them. They could wear sweats and a t shirt and I'd still dig it
