My french side is more northern than her spaniard one, and my italian side is probably quite close to his abruzzese (or maybe a little bit more southern).

Exactly for this, if your French side were southern shifted your results would be quite similar, but being so Northern your father side changes all.

I would say you admixture will score around France near Swiss border and Northweast Italy.

Have you already order a test? Just now they are quite cheap, I have received 2 Mh kits for my parents some days ago.

I'm sure that my French side will never be southern shifted to score like a spaniard or a northern italian (I'm sure of that) yes, and actually Piedmont is quite a good guess I would say, not too southern shifted (Liguria, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany) neither northern shifted (like Udine, Trento or Val d'Aosta) for my ancestry.
