my cap froze

and I found this creepy ass thing at an abandoned camping park building in a place called Covão d'Ametade. One of the papers reads in Spanish "Being a prey is exhausting. Betray your blood to taste the glory. Give this red chip to a hunter to become yourself a hunter" and the other says "Too late" in either Spanish or Portuguese. I don't know wtf is this, but it would make a good start for a thriller movie....
