Yes, he has the classic low vaulted KN skull shape, though I would have said atlanto-nordid for him.

dark hair and eyes, but nose seems slightly baskid tho..
Would guess as german if didn't know the ethnicity.

he looks like Dutch Keltic Nordids, who often fall inbetween German and British in appearence
