Assuming the unassigned is overwhelming MENA (with a minor negroid) he is basically 55% caucasoid, 38% SSA and 7% native LMAO.

He has 1 granpa from Santo Domingo, 1 from San Juan (Southwest), 1 from Santiago (Cibao) and 1 from Peravia (South). He is mixture of every corner of the country. He only missed the East. But honestly, Eastern DR has always been the least populated Quite irrelevant culturally speaking except for the Virgen de la Altagracia...
