He actually tried to shoot up a high school back in 2013 (likely gang related):

So obviously if you are dealing with a potential criminal, it's probably smart to be armed, to get him to comply, and when they do that he runs around the car and tries to grab the gun, leaving them no choice but to shoot him.

On one hand, these guys were following this guy, set up an ambush, brandishing firearms, then shot him.

On the other, he has tried smuggling in a firearm into a highschool... gun safe zone... before and may be more criminally inclined than the shoplifting he has been convicted of suggests.

Jogging is cover for casing homes for burglary, the issue is that the men that stopped him seem to have crossed the line and let off the hook due to ties to a DA office.

I can't conceive of a reasonable defense of these people's actions. This is clear cut murder.

The fact that this is seemingly grounds for discussion confounds me. Treating it as such strikes me as an affront to basic human decency.
