I am not sure entire NRW state is genetically NW. As for Hessen, it should have a cline.
Northern Hessen is probably more NW. But overall I am pretty sure Hessen is closer to SW German than NW German average.

Northern Hessen - I do not think so. It would be interesting to compare the opposite corners of Hessen.

I only have kits from Southern and Central-South Hessen (the latter gets "West_German" in K15/K13).

Could you post other Hessen kits if you have? I'd like to make K13 average.
if you have K13 of that southern shifted Hessian kit too, please.

Thuringia is already very Slavic-shifted (except maybe North-West Thuringia) so there is a quite sharp transition from East to West Germans too (not just from North to South Germans).

Are you just a German-British mix or do you have some other ancestry too?

I'm surprised a German-British person plots so close to South Germans, because British admixture should be pulling you to the north.

They are in updated K13. Germany is large country where each state has it's own long history, it def. deserves more detailed regional averages IMO
