One of the more tragic figures featured in the infamous documentary, he either committed suicide or accidentally shot himself after practically imprisoned by "Joe Exotic" in a sketcy Tiger exotic "zoo."

He was not allowed to work or leave the park and plied with drugs.

Maldonado is a Spanish surname with negative connotations, meaning ugly or bad aspect. He was tall, at over 6 feet or 182 cm.

Maldonado negative connotations? Please...such connotations come from thousands of years before, nowadays the last name means nothing bad. It’s like”Esposito” in Italian. BTW one of Uruguay states is called “Maldonado”.

Anyways, he’s iberian with maybe something else? He was extremely good looking. Poor guy so young, such a fate.

he just looks like a regular guy to me. I dont see whats so special about him

Mhm. I saw it too. But again, people who want to live and have a good sense of self-preservation do not point guns to their heads. They just don't. He had a sort of "I don't care if I live or die" attitude because he was miserable. At any rate, what does he look like to you.

I agree with ChildofMud, if you really want to live, you don't joke with that. The guy was sick of his situation, depressed, angry, frustrated and full of drugs. The way I see it he played some kind of russian rulette, in a way he said "this wont shot" but pulled the trigger anyways. He was taking chances and he knew it.
