I am not sure yet. The options are still open. I am the practical kind: whichever works best, offers a ton of storage space, has reasonably good specs and doesn't cost an arm and a leg... I'll take it.

With Linux you don't need next generation laptop. I mostly use phone, but sometimes Linux while working. My wife has Windows and needs at least once in week me for troubleshooting.

On this note, to store the data you don't need (or at least you don't need all the time), I suggest some cloud service. That way you don't need particularly huge hard drive.
