Is brown hair common outside of Europe?

In Japan, the few naturally brown haired people are urged to dye it black in school; for uniformity. Very sad.

Yeah; there was a case very famous there that a girl has brown hair but the school obligarated her dyed her hair to jet black until the point that she had to do almost every week (or 2 weeks? I don't remember well) and her hair started to falling out

Even the exchange students who has other color besides black hair, in some schools they have to dyed too

On the bright side, it's not a societal problem where schools require you submit documents about your hair color and straightness like it's normal in Japan. Trying any sort of hair uniformity with Europeans is impossible; Hitler had to stop the nordicist propaganda because he alienated dark haired Germans.

Is this a serious question? Dark brown hair is painfully common outside of Europe. What is rare outside of Europe is light or medium brown hair.
I even doubt that 100% pitch black hair is a natural hair color. And no, please don't tell me about Native Americans and East Asians.

Very common . Atleast from my own perspective that is . Brown and light brown hair is very common in my family , some with reddish undertones and others more brown .
