Cuba has a long history of slavery, including white slavery. In the 19th century, Galicians were brought into slavery in Cuba. that is why they do not rebel against the Castro dictatorship, they are already used to being slaves

Pretty much, also Colombia as a whole must be between 50-60% European on average but the Colombians in the US (who mostly get tested) tend to be from the paisa region aka the most Euro part of the country which is like 60-70% European on average... for Venezuelans is like a mystery to me, its high class tend to be composed of people who are 60%+ Euro but don't know much about the rest of the people in the country.
