The multiverse is a hypothetical group of multiple universes. Together, these universes comprise everything that exists: the entirety of space, time, matter, energy, information, and the physical laws and constants that describe them.
Time is god:
the formation of our universe, evolution - these concepts are unfathomable to the human mind because it can't fully grasp the vastness of time it took for them to manifest. much the same way a theist would say that God is unfathomable, so is the concept of millions or billions of years. we can barely grasp what a decade "feels" like, let alone a century, a thousand years, etc. time is constant. time is mysterious. time is all powerful - nothing can stop it.

Hmm. The multiverse might not be the case in terms of eternal thing; if our universe is not as flat as we think then eternal inflation will go away. Not like the multiverse without a beginning is a scientific fact even know. So i don't think we can attribute laws of physics to time, since it was born together with space time and energy and matter in the Big Bang according to modern science. There are many theories if course, but we shouldn't rush with too abstract things and explain all deepest questions with them.

To an extent yeah I believe that wrong-doers will be punished in one way or another in the next life

Yes, hell is absolutely real. It is the default destination for all human beings, except those who have received Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. There is a cell in the prison of hell waiting for everyone. That is why we need Jesus...
