I always consider Chicanos pretty much American, one of my great uncles married a Mexican (looks pure Spanish, not sure her full ancestry but she is American idk if she can even speak Spanish , also their sons have blonde hair and blue eyes). Among hispanics too especially the older generation. Good amount of mix between anglo American and Mexicans in the southwest. What many people don't know is that méxico had a few Scottish people during colonial time. It is hard for me to give an estimate of how many hispanics are of British ancestry.

    In all races - Iberian
    In white people - British
    Fully blooded - British

At a guess there's probably over 100 million fully or near fully British people in the world, and over 160 million fully British Isles people.

They also have historic populations of Confederates, Irish and etc in Mexico, plus Germans but they aren't Brits. Back in the 90's you never saw Indian looking Mexicans, nowdays they are everywhere.

I think Iberian if taken all together due to the fact that most people in Latin American have at least a little Iberian. If going by that "one drop" rule, then it would be it.

According to this principle, it's undoubtetly Iberians because even if there are probably less individuals with "pure admixure" (if anything like that exist, let's say clustering in the Iberian cluster) people that have partial Iberian ancestry (even 30% or 40%) are very numerous.

At the end of the day the weighed sum of the "copies" of "Iberian DNA" is much larger than the brit one I would say.

Because to be clear, in the US German ancestry is the main ancestry followed by Brits (for Whites), then we have Australia, New Zealand, some others countries with Brit diaspora but I don't think that it will counter-act the millions and millions and millions of people in Latin America or Carribean Islands with atleast partial Iberian ancestry...
The main European ancestry in the US is British (English/Welsh/Scottish/Ulster Scots), fairly comfortably.

    Iberian.

Lets break this down. Population in America in 1776 was 3 million people... mostly of British descent. Population of South America, around 2 million. Rapid population increases will occur in Central, and south America soon-- Fast forward 2015... America has 320 million and mostly of British and German descent but of other immigrant groups too, EVEN IBERIANS!!! In South America at this time, 203 million alone in Brazil, along with 121 million in Mexico, and that is without all the other countries. It is probably around `450 million COMBINED. Largely the core base of the population was Native, obviously, but Iberians from Portugal and Spain both inhabited each country completely and intermixed with almost ALL populations.

TLR; taking in account one-drop rule Iberians wins over British influence in the Americas.

I think Iberian. And in Brazil there is an expressive number of Italian ancestry. According to official data, Brazil has more than 30 million Italian descendants.
