Not very common. If in the Southeast and South, regions that received significant post-colonial Iberian imput, "pure Iberians" are not the most common type, then why would it be the case in the Northeast, where the Iberian element is almost of wholly Old Stock?
Yes, there was a significant immigration of Galicians to Bahia, but I'm not sure if most of them practiced endogamy, or mixed with people with old roots in the country.
Ivete Sangalo, who was DNA tested (99% European, 0,4% Amerindian and 0,4% SSA), is the only one I can think of being almost fully Iberian, her father was an Spaniard from Galiza, while her mom is of fully Old Stock from Bahia, the blackest state of Brazil:
