For boys : At age 14 they should be able to have consensual sex with women of all ages so long as the female is 16+.

For girls much more complicated. Girls should protected more

Girls through 15 : no consent age

Girls age 16 & 17 : can consent with any male so long as he's within two years of her age and under 18. So a 16 year old girl could have consensual sex with boys age 14 to 17.

Girls at age 18 and over : can consent with any man 14 and over.

For males 14 to 17, seriously...there's no such thing as getting raped or abused by a women if you wanted it. It's not like a bunch of horny 14 year olds would suddenly be getting laid a ton. It's just the few 0.2% that manage to seduce a 18 to 30 year old woman, we wouldnt have this nonsense of those women being thrown in jail for it.

You need a license to drive a car and depending on where you live, that is a fairly long process. Additionally, many people fail first time. Personally, I would be happy lifting that to 18 too.

Hahah nice one though can't say I agree. You have to know why it's bleeding too, certainly can't happen at 12.
