    Post what is meaning of tiers?

    hello , in few places i saw texts with things like 2nd tier turanid , 4th tier turanid and etc.
    does it mean like being more mixed?

    It's like classes in a hierarchy. 1st tier turanisd would probably mean more turanid than 2nc tiers etc.
