It wasn't hard to guess tbh. Not a single mentally sane Italian from Sicily would use a username such like that. He's clearly not fully Italian but the usual foreigner who claim to be partly of Italian ancestry and even if now he's playing the "good user part" he's most likely here with the intention of trolling but he isn't that smart if he starts with that username...
