What European country hates Americans the most?

It seems like the Germans are tired of German-Americans claiming Germanic heritage. It's like a double insult. The Greatest country in the world gets to culturally appropriate, lol. I don't know. But I see a lot of animosity from them. Less so from the English. They forgive us for creaming them over 200 years ago . I know that the Irish hate Americans too but not really Euro enough, IMO. They are like the Canada of Europe.

On the contrary, I never got the impression that Americans were the most fond of Germans out of Europe.
