I think they are in the Atlantid-Dinarid range, very Western Euro aesthetics, in the first pic they remind me of dark Brits.

Soda Stereo, nice name. It's a shame that Hispanic music acts are not popular in Brazil, except for some exceptions here and there.

They pass with no problem. Whites from diferent Latino countries (especially if they fully or mainly of the typical Euro stock south of Rio Grande: Iberian/Southern European) are interchangeable.
