Probably poorer background, therefore higher chance of not being properly educated, not skilled enough so they end up in unemployment or lower type of employment, which will in turn make them rent very cheap properties in dodgy areas, also probably owned by lower class people who would be happy to ask someone to sleep with them, over getting their monthly rent.

But any person from an unfortunate background can end up in such a situation. We are hugely generalizing here

Doesn't surprise me at all. Modern feminists always find a way: first they wanted all women to hold down jobs and compete with the men, then they wanted the state to pay for their indiscretions, then they wanted to milk men through divorce courts, then came the sugar daddies and now women will sleep with someone in order to "pay" the rent. The only thing feminism has been successful in is to turn a lot of white Western women into little more than prostitutes. And the State can screech as much as they want (it has nothing to do with female honour but with missing out on rent tax), but a lot of women will still willingly take the offer. What a world the past generation has created for the generation of their (grand)children.

It's the same for west(like Arab or Iranian women) and east asians(like the Chinese or Japanese women) as well. Though, the situation isn't as bad as in the west, but we're getting there unfortunately.

There is no doubt some abuse but you have to be naive or stupid to think advocacy groups don't exaggerate to get you to pull out your wallet for them.

The fact alone that the UK is a welfare state and that in the US gov has been sending out $1200 (for adults) and $500 (for children), while making it illegal to kick people out of their homes during the crisis should make people question. If you're poor, you're not living in a neighborhood where you have to pay $1200 a month rent.

On top of that you don't have to spend a 1$ of that $1,200 on food. There are food banks open giving people in need during this crisis.

Not only are you not kicked out during this crisis for not paying rent but does anyone actually think there is going to be mass evictions afterwards? One or two months of rent is going to be ignored for those who can't pay (or refuse to pay). People will find jobs again and the previous missed rent will be forgotten because it doesn't make any sense to kick out people who will just be replaced by people who were kicked out elsewhere.

You have a point about advocacy groups but you're naive if you expect everyone to be as educated on legal matters as yourself. People are ignorant and will be manipulated into debts they will believe have to be repaid one way or another. Some are simply too lazy or too shy to ask for assistance. There will never be shortage of human material for abuse.

I lived in the ghetto for $1,200 bucks a month. Every house had bars on the windows and doors
,and drug dealers everywhere. The only place where you can live in a good place for $1,200 is in the Midwest.
