There is no real compact phenotype although the Armenoid, East Mediterranid, Orientalid phenotypes are a common pattern. They significantly absorbed more Mediterranid phenotypes when they entered the Roman empire and mixed with the locals they integrated in and then they multiplied after re-producing these phenotypes. Then they mixed with Baltids, Alpinids, probably Dinarids and some with Nordids although the Nordid phenotype seems utterly absent from these examples. They are a pot purri. They are more a fusion of different phenotypes than a single one, with Armenoid as the main leading phenotype, such as Alpino-Armenoid, Dinaro-Pontid-Armenid, Pontid-Armenoid, East Mediterranid-Armenoid, East Mediterranid-Orientalid, Orientalo-Pontid, Armeno-Orientalid etc.

De Erwinger Jude is a decent documentary but most Jews predominantly are Armenoid-Armenid. I think they are more Armenoid than Armenians.

2. People with mixed features;

This is basically true, but the question is the precise proportions of each category. That being said, I believe most Southern Europeans pass in the Levant, and many if not most Levantines pass in the periphery of Southern Europe.

Many Ashkenazi people have very disharmonious faces. Raised eyebrows, drooping eyelids, protruding ears and an unsettling gaze characterize many of these faces. One instinctively feels inclined to distrust these people. Some outright resemble the physiognomy of Mephistopheles.

The gaze of the Ashkenazi always seems to be a bit "dodgy", also in the literal sense, like it tries to dodge (or rather to hide from) the viewer, not necessarily out of shyness, but rather out of slyness.

I think that they despite their diversity they very often display eerie resemblance to one another. I'd say that Ashkenazi Jews (save for the most inbred ones) are good looking on average, albeit there's a large chunk of them which have disproportional features.
