I prefer adoption to doing that. There are already children trafficking, where people from Europe, North America or other regions choose a child fruit of kidnapping. It will turn pregnancy into a trade and turn a baby into a product. More liberal countries will let women do that, because she's "free" and "empowered". I am not surprised at the human ability to fuck with each other to make money. This already happens with animals. People mainly from North America, Europe or Japan who buy exotic animals to feed their ego.
