Default Medieval I-Y3120 from Germany, in a locality with a Slavic toponym

Since half of you guys are banned on Anthrogenica, I thought I'd share this here.

Differential DNA preservation across these elements was investigated in individuals excavated from the church cemetery associated with the abandoned medieval settlement of Krakauer Berg, near Peißen, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany

You can notice that there's an E-V13 there too, and there's an interesting theory on E-V13 not being a paleo-Balkan marker in Southeast Europe. If that's true or not, we will find once more ancients are tested. Right now, the only ancient E-V13 is located on the edges of the Balkans in Moldova.

E-L618 (ancestors or sister subclades of E-V13) were found in neolithic Hungary, Croatia and Spain, which links it to this culture https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cardium_pottery

It wouldn't be the first case of acculturation then. The point that some are trying to raise is that they've expanded South with the Slavic migrations. I personally think that it's unrelated to the Slavs, but there are arguments on both sides.

What are you trying to say? Surprised there's an I sample in medieval Germany? What is the Slavic toponym?

There are many ancient EV13 samples allover Europe. How old is this sample from Moldova?

Banned on Anthrogenica because I refused to follow religion of a few pseudo-geneticists.

Many people got banned there for not following mainstream opinion.

"Free Speech, Free Opinion, Free Thinking" is banned.

    lol

Hey, Peterski. I know this is completely off topic and I hope I’m not bothering you, but could I ask a few questions. See I’m part Polish and I want to know where the genetic origins of Poles are and I’ve heard differing opinions. Based on the most recent genetic researches, what are the genetic origins of Poles and what is there genetic relation to early/proto-Slavs? Thanks in advance.

We have another E-V13 from ancient times, the Thracian from Southern Bulgaria. And there will be from Roman Viminacium in the upcoming Reich paper. There will be tones of E-V13 in Central and Southern Balkans in the upcoming papers.
