I say it's between 10-20% (I've been to Germany many times) , I'm just telling my experience. Certainly many Germans have a more ,,northern'' look than him.

Many Germans have an Alpine look - especially in the South.
Real Meds are very rare, however.
Most Germans would easily stand out in Italy, Greece or Spain.
Even Goebbels doesn't look particularly Southern European to me.
