I feel like most would guess French because of her dark eyes, even though brown eyes are found throughout the British Isles.

There are tons of brunettes with brown eyes all over the Isles, I watch a lot of Irish Sean Nos performances and always look at the singers and the crowd, I wish I could find the video from channel G4 but it was deleted, she was younger back then like 16-20, but she was a good singer, she had brown hair and eyes. She wasn't super popular but was good enough to appear on G4 a few times.
