All this really goes back to the fact the US didn't execute/gulag it's Communists back in the 50s, the way the USSR did it's political dissidents. They've literally run riot ever since, and now their followers have a stranglehold on the country.

I know this extreme but not sure if some kind of Indian partition (I know that didn't exactly go well..) could work?
The US south west seems to be more and more latinised, many of the big cities are at the point of melt down at any moment (as we are seeing).
Maybe if the US divided into 2 or 3 new nation states - people could then move to and live amongst the communities that they want to live with, have their own security forces and adminstration.
The US proper could reduce in size - the south, mid west, mountain states etc.
Not being American please feel free to shoot me down of course.

Nah its pretty much worse than all of continental Europe, let’s see some statistics
Civilians killed by police yearly: roughly 1000 people
That puts us at 28 deaths per 10 million people, which is just under Rwanda and Mexico’s rate, and slightly higher than Pakistan and Bangladesh. French police and other European countries kill single digit amounts of people every year, putting their rate to about 5-6 per 10 million. Per capita, America kills roughly 5 times as much civilians as European nations. While there are other factors at hand, that’s not even the only issue at hand here.
1. It’s almost impossible to form a complaint against a police officer, because police stations defend their own instead of actually doing their job. I recommend you watch the video of a journalist with a secret camera attempting to do so, 36 out of 38 police stations refused to do it.
2. Secret hearings and trials. Why do these even happen? We’ll never know but what we do know is that in secret trials (not available to the public) Police officers usually get off on probation after murder/rape or maybe 2 months prison in these trials
3. Abuse of those in custody. It’s no secret that police officers beat and rape people who are held in custody, it is usually on camera anyway. Honestly I doubt this happens in France like you mentioned, at least not at the rate here.
You’d have to be retarded to deny that there is a corruption problem in the American police system, but a big issue is the police themselves usually. Cops give death threats or try to kill those who try to expose them, many are part of the KKK, not to mention that police households experience 2-4x as much violence as the national average. Yeah, there is a problem.
