The primary diet of humans was plants even back in the paleolithic period. Cooking isn't a job since a definition of a job is for you to do something for someone in exchange for money or anything with monetary value. Cooking is a basic necessity of survival. The same's true for hunting. prostitution is a profession where women sell their bodies for money or anything that is valuable to her.

Yes, a monetary exchange be it money or anything that is valuable to a hooker which is based on mutual exchange between the two parties, but hunting and cooking isn't based on that but rather are survival skills that you have to harness to survive before the rise of agriculture which came civilization afterwards.
