It is a well-kown fact that the most divergent border in all the world is the 14 kms that divide Spain and Morocco (thank god for the Mediterraneo).

The differences are extreme: culturally, racially, socially, economical, and in any other sense. There is more similarities between a chicano from Mexico and a WASP from the USA than between an andaluz and a moro. At least, the chicano and wasp are christians (just imagine if Mexico was muslim, the problems would be 100x more).
