For example:
English: This is my home.
Bosnian language: Ово је мој дом.
Russian: Это мой дом.
As you can see in English "THIS -> IS -> MY -> HOME" this is, (MY), home. Same goes in Bosnian "Ово је" мој "Дом"
However in Russian they say Это. That term in South Slavic languages means only "THAT" so proper translation of Russian to Bosnian would be: "THAT MY HOME"
That is very simple example, however WHOLE Russian language is a primitive form of South Slavic Languages with literal translations like: "I GO SCHOOL" "WE FIRE GUNS" etc..
they are missing tons of adjectives, and other grammar functions that are available in South Slavic languages.
In comparison their language is simplified South Slavic language ... it's dumbed down Slavic language something that happened to Romance languages as well by simplifying Latin language.
This all points to the fact that South Slavic languages are either Older or were spread to non-Slavic lands from Balkans.
